After a strong 2024/2025 season the Ashwood Cricket Club are thrilled to announce that Michael Wilson, Paul Stocks, and Trevor Shepherd have all re-committed for the 2025/2026 season.
Since Michael has started his current tenure as Senior Mens Head Coach back in 2022/2023, the ACC has seen the standards and the accountability for hard work rapidly increased, assisting with the overall development of our youthful playing group. The addition of Paul’s batting knowledge and wisdom during the 2024/2025 season had seen an immediate impact for our players, resulting in a number of players having career best performances (and seasons) with the bat in hand. Since being appointed as our Senior Mens captain in the 2023/2024 season Trevor has been able to lead and put in belief into our youthful First Eleven group, being a driving contributor to us returning and being competitive in ECA A Turf.
With four Senior Mens teams featuring in finals action last season, the ACC is confident that this re-appointment of its Senior Mens Leadership Staff continues to provide a foundation that supports player development and drives the standards for continued success across all teams.
